For $25.00 per month, there is no phone support and limited email support. Email support is only for issues where the system is not behaving the way it should.

 

DSU Group will populate 5 pages of the website for you. From there you will have access to the Content Management System where you will be able to add/edit content yourself.

 

The website is required to be hosted on our servers as it will be using the DSU Group Content Management System. The website is for brochure style websites only. You can integrate PayPal to accept payments if you want to sell from your website.

 

If you place images which are too large for the site, it will break the design template. Please use the support portal if you have any questions.

 

To set up your existing domain name (if you already have one) to the 'nameservers' used by DSU Group, you will need to access the registrar site where your domain was registered. If you didn't register your domain name, then you will need to have the person who did register it change the 'nameserver' settings. DSU Group will inform you when to update the nameservers once your account setup is complete. Your DSU Group site will not show up until the new nameserver settings have propagated the internet which can take up to 48 hours.
